Completely ignoring or breaking missions for the sake of not having to deal with the consequences of your actions. Reminds me of a specific Dark Urge exploit from Baldur's Gate 3 so people can deal with a less consequential 'choice'.

On one hand I understand and even acknowledge that I did the same thing because the writing on the game has it's ups and downs but I am talking about people killing characters before they even have a chance to slight you in game type of deal.

It's something I noticed while playing Cyberpunk 2077 and looking some quests/endings online after the fact and it really felt like people were trying to find the most beneficial way to engage these quest from a reward/outcome standpoint rather than going with the flow of what the quest gives you.
