It is amazing in a country that amassed such a fortune on oil and gas would be the first to go almost entirely electric.

totally agree with most of this, wishing it was more common knowledge that continent spanning HVDC is more of the answer then molecules, considering more then half the energy is lost in conversion and then another half at time of work, electricity is so much more efficient.

China is going full speed ahead and the US is going full speed in reverse. I wish it wasn't so. Renewables are an investment with a compounding return and we are missing out.

That would be wonderful, it does try to be a game first, but the numbers are realistic and at a minimum a player should be able to discover for themselves the technology and see there are all kinds of economic and sustainability benefits in thinking big and strategic planning!
