Just released a new version and an updated demo a few days ago. Added 8 Languages: German, Chinese, Japanese, Hindi, Korean, French, Dutch and Spanish. And if that wasn't enough a new victory path, you just need to become the World Leader in Renewable Energy, beating out the other 6 AI players.

3/3 This game could be a great teaching tool for HS or College, as games can be completed in a couple hours. Of course it could be made free in that case. Even if you aren't a gamer the price is close to that of a cup of coffee and we could really use the support to get the name out.

2/3. The game is modeled to be realistic, with minimal greenwashing. The main inspirations are Railroad Tycoon, with building a network and gathering resources; and Hearts of Iron, but peaceful, where you build up a nation's infrastructure. There is a lot of science and economics baked in.

1/3 Power the Future is a turn based strategy game where you are the invisible hand of both private and public entities building energy infrastructure towards a 2040 set of goals. The target audience are Green Energy / Tech Enthusiasts and Strategy or Simulation Gamers.
