I always return to the fact that God’s original intention for Delight (Eden) was for humans to be “free to eat from any tree in the garden;”
(Genesis 2:16) except one.
God’s desire was for humans to “choose-their-own-adventure,” but humans chose agency outside of divine wisdom.
