Sorry! Didn't mean to suggest it was always *corrrect*. Just that it's the only mnemonic we have. And it's a terrible one, and it also misses a gazillion exceptions. Like everything else in this promiscuous, arbitrary, maddening, amazingly expressive language.

I voted him in when he started because he seemed the most sane. And I voted for him again the next time; I was sort of meh, but the options didn't seem better.

Books are the safest place for knowledge that we have invented. They are more resilient and can last centuries. Videos vanish at the whim of the rich and powerful, or law, or DRM, or that RealPlayer is obsolete. Books are self-contained. Books can be lent, borrowed, loved, annotated, hidden, etc.

Books are the safest place for knowledge that we have invented. They are more resilient and can last centuries. Videos vanish at the whim of the rich and powerful, or law, or DRM, or that RealPlayer is obsolete. Books are self-contained. Books can be lent, borrowed, loved, annotated, hidden, etc.
