Add in injuries, the departure of an iconic RB, & other teams who did great business in the summer; but it’s a rum old season where they can beat Real Madrid at home one month then lose to Notts the next.
My personal theory is that he’s building a side more adept at European than domestic football.

Apparently being a patriot these days involves hating your capital, wanting your national broadcaster dismantled, disrespecting the flag by badly painting it on the floor, smashing up your own neighbourhood, wanting foreign billionaires and politicians to take over, cheering on Russian assets. Odd.
