Same. We live in Ealing in West London, and I'm in town two days a week for work when I simply dash in and dash out. We do go in for theatre/music/museums etc, especially with our son, but it requires a bit of a deep breath.

let's face it - there are pros and cons to whichever day you have off with a four-day pattern. Glad Wednesdays are working for you!

Ooh, I have never fancied having Wednesdays off. Too disruptive. But I should admit I speak from the privileged position of a three-day week with Mondays and Fridays off. So I am poor, but get to enjoy a four-day weekend.

I feel this so much. I am increasingly bothered/less tolerant of big crowds and try to avoid.

such a pity. first series was so strong. tho was never sure how they'd successfully resolve the issues in the second series!

I loved the first series and having looked forward to the second series am so disappointed by it. Have already bailed.
