Just been for my flu jab at boots, Southport. Appointment meant to be 15:45, must be at least 30 people waiting for one nurse, coughing and wheezing everywhere and not one mask between them. Told to come back in 45 errr 30 minutes. Shambles. Sat on a bench ranting on here with a gull for company.
