Everton have been subjected to 13 minutes of VAR reviews in the last two home games. VAR is being used to manipulate results and is draining the enjoyment out of the game
Nico O'Reilly marked by Lewis Hall, both had their hair cut by either their mums or the 16 year old trainee hairdresser.

Beto wearing a Harvey Barnes mask ?

But seriously, it's not just Everton players who miss open goals.

Farage's mate jailed for 10 years for taking Russian money, Boris Johnson exposed in the covid report - bad week for populists, scary to think that some people still think these are the answer.

Robertson, Scotland's weakest link.

How boring is this England game ? Not helped by the dire commentary.

Stop giving international football priority over league games.

Did Neville whinge as much about Everton's disallowed 'goal' against Tottenham the other week ?

Had a couple of pints in town before the game yesterday, The Bridewell was quality as usual, caught the bus from Liverpool One at 14:15, 11 minutes to the bus stop on Gt Howard st, much easier than walking from Sandhills or Moorfields. Only issue was 4 carriage trains to and from Southport.

Everton lack leadership on the pitch, look at Granit Xhaka's influence on an inexperienced team last night. I didn't like Phil Neville, but he was a leader. They need someone similar.

Exactly 40 years since I started my first 'proper' job.

Today I'm going to give notice of
my intention to retire.

No plans other than I don't want to work forever, I want to get up each day and decide what I want to do.

Chelsea have made more subs here than Everton have players in the squad

This game and VAR is killing any enthusiasm I had for football- fuck Pawson, fuck VAR, fuck the Premier league- I couldn't even telly clap in the hotel bar, I would have been banned. Retreated to my apartment and the local telly.

I hate international breaks, especially when you know that league games are scheduled for midweek in December and January.
