Different situation, but I recently heard a younger person talk about 3 Days of the Condor as a ‘cult’ movie. They knew Redford as a champion of Indie films. No idea that he was the Brad Pitt of his day. Nor that Dunaway and Pollock were giants in their own right. A lifetime’s work, indeed.

PETA actually praised the film for it's accurate portrayal of childhood animal abuse being a predictor of psychopathy. However, I couldn't watch it myself. I guess Disney will show anything at this point.
