I caught my scatterbug as the VERY first free catch in the game! (Right after the instruction fletchling and bunnelby.) It was awesome! First catch... shiny. :D
I need to play more. I'm still in early post game.

So many shinies! I've only caught two so far (that weren't part of missions). A scatterbug (villion now) and a ghastly. But I haven't been shiny hunting.

And wow, shiny goomy! That must have been tricky with the rain requirement.

She is amazing at grappling and tends to launch onto her larger prey, clinging onto them while also using them like a human shield. lol

She's actually a Ravenloft halfling vampire. In 2e (and later in 3e, but not quite the same) there were different humanoid race vampires with different powers. Like Marri burns in the rain like acid, has a smoke form instead of mist, can't enter a home with a hearth fire burning, etc.

I saw him colouring a golden slime from our sphinx adoptable and thought she was supposed to be honey. (It wasn't actually his intention. lol) Then he loved the idea and made her for me. <3 I turned her into a humanoid OC for our offline RPs.
