Then, move on to the less pressing tasks that require less of your mental focus later in the day. I also take time at the end of my workday, not to actually complete tasks, but to plan the next day. So I know how I can still prioritize my rest but get the most out of it in capitalistic society.

Your brain is more clear and precise when well rested. Sleep is crucial to all of your bodily processes. So when you are maximizing productivity, you should always start your day off with the most important tasks so you can capitalize on your well rested brain. 2/3

Correctness is something that I’ve noticed more in recent years, as society has begun to question those who were once authorities in their fields (I.e. teachers, scientists, doctors). Strange how this is also coming about in a time of a nation wide literacy crisis as well…
