mini explosions, switched to a particle emitter in hopes it would look better (it does)

testing a new system for special attributes, here, the bullet type (5.56 in this case) gains 1 pierce when it gets a kill thanks to the "kills_refresh_pierce" attribute being turned on

hit particles were easier than I expected actually, here are two!
theres the fire effect and the black default hit effect!

anyways I updated the particles currently in the game
each of these has 5 unique shapes which are picked randomly, I really like the fire-y effect of the backup cigs!!

ok like, the player *shouldnt* be able to just unload bullets by switching weapons, but it is funny so...
