need homemade potato buns recipe please!
In one of my own posts I made jerk chicken sliders and put them on Hawaiian slider buns, which were comically small and ill-suited to the task. but the taste was top notch.

As for today, I just sweated the water out of the mushrooms, then browned everything on high heat and set aside.
Noodles made up via package directions, then unceremoniously dumped veggies into the wok toward the end to reheat.

This is not what I did with the noodles, but I used this recipe the first time I made king oyster mushrooms. This man's enthusiasm and energy for the mushrooms is absolutely wonderful 😊
