These sliders were ridiculous. Shredded jerk chicken, mango jalapeno slaw, chipotle mayo, on butter-toasted Hawaiian buns. An absolute mess to eat and one of the best, brightest things I've thrown together. #food 🍜

Katsu curry for lunch with a dusting of ichimi togarashi. I like my gravy a little thicker and spicier than most, and no Fuji apples here. #food 🍜

Turkish çılbır for breakfast this morning - spinach wilted in lemon & garlic-infused evoo, poached eggs, spiced butter & dill, all over greek yogurt. 🍜
