Mousinho is spot on with his assessment too. Killip is not the reason for the defeat. There were some truly awful outfield performances on Saturday. Abysmal.

Just can’t fathom some fans. A few kicks go wayward and there are howls of derision! Like he’s the scapegoat for the 10 outfield players who massively underperformed. As you rightly say he made 3 great saves!

With hindsight should we have cashed in on the £2million from Preston? 😉 His hammys are a problem…. Missed half a season last year…some of preseason now a third of this one…

Totally agree. I’ve been to the Emirates and half the “fans” are tourists or Corp boxes more interested in the free drink and food…and they wonder why the atmosphere suffers. Give me Fratton every time.

Marlon spot on as usual. Great Captain for us. Played out of position to help the team when we were desperate, superb leader and talker and doesn’t get enough credit sometimes. 👏🏻
