Mousinho is spot on with his assessment too. Killip is not the reason for the defeat. There were some truly awful outfield performances on Saturday. Abysmal.

Sneaked in the home end with my Oxford buddy…Not a #Pompey classic but we took one of our 3 really good chances! Importantly stayed solid at the back. A fit Murphy would have made a massive difference too. PUP!

Superb achievement from #Pompey today. The culmination of so much effort and application. Crucially the fans always stayed onside even with the hammerings. When the team and fans stick and work together it’s a potent combo - onwards and upwards!

Have to say I thought Poole was absolutely outstanding yesterday just pipping Ogilvie for me for MoTM. Great to see #Pompey wise up to seeing out games like that. Such an important win for morale as much as points on the board. Onwards and hopefully upwards.

A week is a long time in football. 10 points clear and beating Leeds this time last week. Now 4 points clear and confidence drained…the international break might actually come at a good time for #Pompey

Think I kicked and headed every ball last night for #Pompey I’m still tired! Proper game of football made better by getting the result. How did that ball stay out their net 2nd half in that mad 10 seconds!? Murph was stand out, Devlin superb when he came on and Colby’s back!! 😉

Great effort from #Pompey today against a Prem League squad. A bit of luck and we might have nicked it. So good to have at last 2 x quality CBs back in defence and no surprise we get a clean sheet as a result.

Losing Atkinson to illness last night was a huge blow - he’s been immense. Sadly the ball didn’t quite drop for #Pompey tonight plus Bishop and Ritchie a bit below par. Murphy kept battling. We are going to need to hold our nerve next 2 games as likely to be back in the drop zone. Keep the faith! 🙏🏻
