Lots of lessons to take from this: Vet your suppliers, verify material, ensure different part configurations are interchangeable. Overall I think a lot of it comes to respecting that “low criticality” parts can have big impacts!

Humanist: a body is only a planet if a human is currently on it. Earth is a planet. The ISS is a planet. The moon was a planet for a while but isn’t anymore.
