Well hello new folks! I’m currently working on two puppets at the moment. Fraggle Rock original Mokey and a yet unnamed original. Mokey is my first build and I’m excited to finish her this month and I’m now starting to create my next.

I've gone on rants about AI stuff before but I'm coming to realize something... the things I find interesting about it are basically at odds with what it's being "trained" to do, and the longer it stays in the hands of capital, the less I'm interested in it as a tool.

hot take: "AI" discourse would be SO much more productive if people quit using the term "AI" at all.
normalize talking about markov chains, large language models, generative adversarial networks, because that's what the software IS. there's no "intelligence" to it, it's just software.
