When comparing economic outcomes from one Presidential Administration to another, there are a few schools of thought:
Stock Market - should this be Election Day (ED) to ED or Inauguration Day (ID) to ID?
Other Indicators (unemployment, inflation, etc) - ID to ID or lag it 3-6 months?
