My politics boil down to people should be free to live their lives without fear and pain. They should be clothed, housed, and allowed to prosper. Their bodies should be nurtured through access to food and medical care. Joy and security should not be the hoarded resources they are.

“Palestinians have never wanted peace” would be something I’d take more seriously if it wasn’t coming from a country that is run by the person who was head of the party that riled up someone to assassinate the Israeli prime minister working for peace 🤷🏻♀️

Time to start taking down the names of people in your life who are calling for Palestinian blood or who are easily fooled, or easily "fooled," by war and hate propaganda. The people who surrender their humanity for any pretext. Keep your list and remember it well. They won't.

When he was named Chief just two months ago, we got an outpouring of calls from his former co-workers making a wide array of allegations against him saying that he was about to be demoted at his previous job and that he retired to avoid demotion and punishment over sexual misconduct charges and other things.
We had half a dozen or more different anonymous sources calling in about that. Well, we never ran that because we never could get any of them to go on the record, and we never could get his personnel file. But the allegations—including the identities of who made the allegations—were on one of the computers that got seized.
