It is very notable that the memorandum does not cite any specific provision of law or regulation which would authorize an indefinite suspension until the USCIS Director says adjudications can continue.
My brain no longer functions b/c of all this b.s. but isn’t there some process they need to go through before proclaiming this sh*t? Not that it matters with this regime. I’m tired of being governed by memos, EOs, tweets, and Truth Social posts.
