From what I can find, he’s a major guy in anti-trust litigation, he’s a professor at Georgetown, and the FTC regularly uses him as an expert witness in court cases. He also is a principal at an economic consulting firm (work with antitrust/corporate attorneys to establish legality of mergers)

Did you read the page? Those are speaker bios at FedSoc events (he’s an antitrust speaker), and FedSoc invites speakers well outside their milieu. He has a ton of bylines in leftwing publications, eg. American Prospect, and the FTC uses him as an expert witness
