So deep into perimenopause, at the age of 50 (fifty) and about 5 years after a friend of mine who was newly diagnosed, suggested that I look at the symptoms, I have been formally diagnosed with combined type ADHD.
How do i feel? It's a heady mix of relief, sadness, regret and bewilderment.

I'm just feeling a bit sad today.

watching The First Night with the Duke and absolutely loving it! Historical rom com at its finest (although I'm only on ep 2, fingers crossed).

It was appendicitis all along.
I have been sick for over 10 days. Any time I have done anything i.e. walk the dog around the block, I've been so exhausted I had to have a 2 hour nap afterwards. In effect, I've been housebound.
I am so over it. I just want to not feel like absolute shit.
