Me: End of 1st year of teaching. Staff were moving offices. Boxed up my stuff on 2nd last day of year, inc 100s of hours of resources and $s of videos and left it marked 'NOT RUBBISH'. Cleaners threw it out.

I love Yr8 ACE HASS Passion Project Day. The variety of projects, from ANZAC Day to Wadjemup to Medieval Medicine, is amazing. A great way for these top students to finish their academic year off.

We have a no phone policy for students at school (during school hours).
However, the issue of smartwatches during assessments is providing challenges. It's to the point where no watch can be worn during an assessment. Anyone else in the same boat?
