Hi Everyone. I write poetry and have two pamphlets published by Hedgehog Press: A Triptych of Birds & A Few Loose Feathers and PBS winter selection 2023 Miniskirts in The Waste Land set in Notting Hill '60s/70s. A full collection is champing at the bit for publication.

'...recent read I'd like to draw your attention to Pratibha Castle's 'Miniskirts in The Waste Land' is a lovely evocation of Notting Hill in the 1960s. You can smell the damp, the prospect of liberation, and how that promise doesn't quite come off. A lovely bringing to life of a historical moment'.

My Irish background and relationship with my mother creeps into many of my poems.
