Hugo Boss (the man) was a dedicated nazi and in line with that, Hugo Boss (the company) designed and produced the nazi uniforms. Doing so stabilized the brand, it’s unlikely they would exist today without having been nazis:

Hey guys idk what’s going on in MacArthur Park either but I’m trying to find out. Even the Mayor is pissed. There doesn’t appear to be any reason for this military sweep. There weren’t protests. There was just suddenly convoys of military vehicles and even the news is having problems identifying. /
