Played his whole career in Cymru - for Aberaman, Cardiff, Newport County & Barry Town before coaching in the US
A useful cricketer Sherwood took up golf playing as many as 3 rounds a day. Later returned to the UK to work for the Coal Board
Died at Llantrisant & Pontyclun golf club in 1990 age 66

Would be fine with that but also say that in general we’re in a bit of a weird place with club managers; if they’re established on that scene they don’t seem to see Wales as an option until their club options are exhausted. It’ll be Matt Jones next won’t it? Also would be fine with that.
