Despite treatment advances, we also found that Black patients with metastatic breast cancer continue to have shorter survival compared to White patients, measured from time of ctDNA. This reflects the persistent and striking nationwide racial outcomes disparity in breast cancer. (4/5)

We found racial differences in variant frequency - higher rates of GATA3 and CCND2 variants in Black patients with MBC - by ctDNA which were validated in a large real-world cohort. But no differences in the targetable mutation PIK3CA, so we studied treatment equity next. (2/5)
