Wildlife projects will spend 100k per year on captures and not think twice, but think your insane to want a 5k desktop to do the analysis.

Nat geo has become unwatchable with the over the top dramatization on nature. Is Nature on PBS the only acceptable nature show out there?

How many people have been able to maintain fieldwork in Wildlife? I feel like I am consistently distancing myself from the area of the field I actually enjoy. The combo of a PhD and experience seem to be pushing me towards a desk job.
