For people who keep a printer at home and would print a extras for handouts, manual duplex should be easily achievable.

If multi sheet booklets, page layout would be my stumbling block. Preset fronts/backs files would make it a lot easier. (I'd probably throw money at a local print shop though)

A regular 15-20A 120v circuit like the one your microwave/toast/hairdryer uses is enough to get most EVs 20-50miles of range overnight. A huge portion of the apartment dwelling market would be covered by that much daily range.
