Not sure this qualifies as #DHmakes, but it does at least fall within #RightToRepair practices. Changed wiper engine for a new one I got for 50€. Mechanic had quoted 400€ to get it done. Can report that it works fine (for the moment)

Very productive #DHmakes weekend with our pantry skeleton almost done. Run out of paint for the doors, but they’re sanded and ready for next weekend.

One of the hard bits of working with reclaimed pallet wood is that a considerable amount of sanding is a must to bring it to a nice look. This took around 2 and a half hours to get ready for painting. About to give it a first layer.
