A timely reminder of the state of NHS infrastructure before the government's review of the "new hospital programme" (reminder: not all are hospitals!) is published.

I'm currently expecting this to be published tomorrow.
A hospital A&E was closed to ambulances for seven hours overnight on Friday after a water pipe burst in the roof, flooding the dept and cubicles.
