The amount of people who said they wouldn't do it, but then did list a salary range where they'd consider might also highlight just how dissatisfied people are with what they're being paid for what they do. Financial security is as key to employee satisfaction as ever. #HR #management #worklife

The younger age ranges are most likely to do it, with Millennials leading the way. It highlights my generation's burnout struggle and I think some of this willingness disassociate comes from this generation's experience since becoming adults and our frustration with the current moment.
