I definitely don't have experience with this in any professional capacity and I'm definitely not really annoyed by it.

You just do everything you need to be consistent and readable with icons and 3d models and then all "filler" illustrations with AI because you know we want to pretend there's some production value even if they are obviously AI. And when it refuses to give you something right you just... ignore that.
