Made some ciabatta for first time. Probably needed a bit more fermentation, but still lively paired with the olive oil (extra virgin 0.3%) that we helped harvest.

Sourdough Rye with Caraway Seeds. First attempt is flavourful but I think I want a higher ratio of rye flour. Shall keep looking.
