Pretty normal if you are white male. The problem is when you are not white. I've been keeping an eye on things for my Latino neighbors, checking to see if ICE is around and texting if I see problems. ICE is usually easy to spot, SUV/truck, just idling in a neighborhood where minorities live.

Me too (I'm in Minneapolis)!

I don't get it, why is this story bad? It's the same story, played out in ever state, "Rural people do not like/are scared of the big city". I came from Wichita, a red city and the situation was the same in Kansas. Unless your point is cliche journalism, then I agree.

Not Canadian, Minnesotan, but yeah, I generally like shoveling.

Mexico gets president that has a PhD in Energy Engineering. Japan gets a leader that is an ex drummer from a metal band. The US gets a guy that wears a ton of make-up and is somehow a "Man's man". Sigh.

WTF is wrong with people? If I didn't like your shit, I just wouldn't watch/listen to it. Why go out of the way to DM you like that? What does that even accomplish?

Oh, how I wish China would get involved. But they still seem too hesitant.

How did Silksong beat out Clair Obscur?

It's kind of like Classic Rock. Growing up, it was like AC/DC, Led Zeppelin, etc. Now it's like Alice in Chains, Korn, Limp Bizkit. It's still hard for me to accept, but it is what it is.

That would be Elden Ring for me. I got to the final boss, died a couple of times, then realized I still didn't know what was going on and didn't care about the ending. Then I quit.

Good game, the combat was awful, but then again it was supposed to be awful and then as you get good it gets better. For me, it never really got much better, but I got through it all the same.

Incompetence could lead to less damage, at least that's what I hope happens.

Orban isn't going anywhere anytime soon. Although I am curious as to what happens after he dies. Will democracy rise like Spain, or will it be more of the same, like Venezuela?

That lady is a train wreck. Not sure why even republicans would vote for her.

Borderlands 4 -- probably the worst one yet, unless it turns it around somehow.

I never owned one, but I wish I did. Super Smash Brothers looked like a classic that I never really played.

My first Dragon Age was Veilguard. I tried to go back and play the earlier ones, but it was too hard to get into them due to their age. But Veilguard got shat on when it didn't deserve it -- it was a really good game.

I really don't see what's so bad about the article. Biden's immigration policy wasn't well received, and democrats (partly) lost because of it. Same thing happened to Canada with respect to their immigration policies (but thanks to Trump's meddling, the conservatives didn't win there).

WWF Attitude (I think) where the crowd would chant "Player One!" or "Player Two!". Still makes me chuckle to this day.

Love the retro video game style!

Maybe we are going at this all wrong. Remember between HL1 and HL2 all that time had passed, but Gordon stayed the same age? Maybe it's a simple as Valve lives outside of linear time, and we don't so it seems like forever for us.

The scariest part is that the way to detect if it's AI isn't visual, it is with critical thinking. Which means non-trending AI videos with people in normal situations would be impossible to detect.

I moved my IRA to low-risk in preparation for this crash.

Ok, so next year we will have higher property taxes, a leave law that will siphon money off our pay, and all of the goddamn random tariffs from Trump. People are already hurting and we are struggling to retain people. Where is this money going to come from?
