If memory serves, we injured three of their players over the course of that game, including breaking their striker’s leg. The sound was gruesome & they may have called off the final part of the game.
Everyone felt absolutely terrible but there’s gallows humor about Quakers crushing military cadets.

My Quaker high school played them in sports from time to time. We beat them in Fall of 1988, I think, and our chant was, “Fight, fight, inner light, kill, Quakers, kill.”
Our school made us stop, but we did it at NYMA & whipped their ass. 😂

People freaked out about Chinese-military operations on US soil. The Chinese currently own it.
