#AppleTV+ just asked me if I was 15 years older as I tapped onto the first episode of season 4 of #SlowHorses. I can’t tell you how much older I am feeling today than 15 years old. It’s definitely more than the three times +6yrs, fuck!, +7yrs! That’s depressing. #RheumatoidArthritis

Chronic illnesses, perimenopause and #OldGirlBrain have left me in a similar situation a few times over the last couple of years. What is the answer to that question? I ask myself. I know I’ve read something about that. Where did I read it? Then I realise, I wrote it. 🥴
