The first time Trump made the national news was 1973 when Richard Nixon's, (Richard Nixon's), justice department said he and his dad violated fair housing by having managers write C for colored on rental apps, so they would know not to rent to blacks or Latinos.
The Trump administration is limiting enforcement of fair housing laws, dismissing them as ideologically driven and DEI in disguise, according to interviews and internal documents reviewed by The New York Times.
