I like spaghetti for this. Notice no sauce, just the tomatoes & 1/2 cup good olive oil. Top it off with toasted breadcrumbs & parmesan cheese.

What's for dinner - Caesar salad
It's hot, and something light sounds good after a weekend of grilled meat. 🙂
In my opinion, the key to a great Caesar is homemade dressing and homemade croutons. If you have access to smoked chicken breast (not processed), it's a great flavor addition.

A 1930s post-Prohibition classic - The Algonquin, named after the Algonquin Hotel in New York.
2 parts rye whiskey, 1 part fresh pineapple juice, 1 part dry vermouth and fresh cherry garnish.
Shake, strain & pour.
