But I'm here! I've officially hit my goal weight for the year. I'm a solid 20lbs down from January, and the lowest I've been since I was in my car accident and had to stop dancing regularly.
Most excited to set a new goal.

The drop from 10lbs down to 15lbs down was really fast?? I was kind of expecting it to bounce back up, but I've been 15lbs down consistently for long enough!
I still have shoulder problems. It feels like the muscles in my shoulders aren't strong enough to...hold them in place? Idk. My wrists hurt.

Consistently 10lbs down now. Shoulder injury flared up pretty bad, so I was out of the gym for awhile. Somehow I managed my foot pain so I didn't regress there. Recently found some PT exercises for my shoulder.
Biggest movement is that I put up the pole upstairs. First workout with that today :)
