This is what I used to remove generative AI trash from my Google searches and it has been a gamechanger. There's also some plugins you can use that are kinda complicated, but this is the simplest and easiest method I've found.

Remember kids, whenever you buy an ebook from Amazon, immediately download it and save it to a safe location that's not your Kindle. Strip the DRM with Calibre (or another tool). Because they can, have, and will pull that book from you without notification.
