struggling today with insecurity so I’m due to list of 3 items of gratitude.
1. I’m grateful to be able to run, multiple miles at a time, nearly every day. even on days where I feel like I’m slow, I suck, I’m never going to improve etc…even on my worst day, I’m faring better than many. (1/3)

3. my MIL made homemade Greek chicken lemon rice soup, which will be my lunch today. It’s been foggy and rainy this morning so it’s going to be such a treat this afternoon! Soup always puts me in a good mood 🙂↕️ (3/3)

social media isn’t fun anymore and hasn’t been for a while now. I think when it stopped being about sharing fun little life tidbits and started becoming another 24/7 news outlet with constant reminders that things are getting worse daily…we really lost the plot!
