Do you have any interest in running as an independent? If you're still in Texas, that'll be a tough sell, but we need more independent reps considering both parties are broken beyond help under the current leadership.

I took a pay cut to work at a community college and it's been a similar experience. I haven't figured out the "secret sauce" but from what I've surmised, it's some blend of lower pay and a more similar open to learning mindset.

When my kids are more independent (which breaks my heart to consider), I want to work in my community with autistic kids. I would love to be a mentor and a place of safety for those kids and parents. Pay forward the kindness 💗

Honestly it's a crapshoot - I got this brain from the people who raised me but they didn't know about the ND part. I'm teaching my mom about this as I raise her grandkids and figure stuff out on my own 🤣

Love love this!! I'm trying to rework my own daily tasks to accommodate myself more. I've been fatigued for so long and it's really difficult to rewrite my life but I'm working on it. Accommodating my children and understanding their struggles as my own too has been helpful.
