When I had my bladder op and they had given me ketamine but not the other meds yet, the nurse said I was doing great so I went to say thanks but I couldn’t move and wanted to give a thumbs up, but my body refused to cooperate so I was just lying there like 👁️👄👁️

Knowing I’ll have to choose between optimum wellness, or declining health due to having to work, and being able to get married makes me rly sad
It felt bittersweet realising that I’m a lesbian and knowing I could marry a sapphic person, to realising I probably won’t be able to do that 💔

Ngl besties I can’t wait till my bladder op in two weeks (and at home instillations) bc constant bladder spasms, not being able to drink anything other than water without immense pain and needing the bathroom literally 30+ times a day is not the one #interstialcystitis #bladderpainsyndrome
