Thanks! That’s interesting about improved survival/efficiency. I would have assumed plasmolysis (at least for too long) would kill the cells.

Sorry if you’ve posted it somewhere before, but can you explain the reason for the plasmolysis buffer? Is it considered necessary for the whiskers to penetrate the cells?
