I think this is actually more about Viktor and his relationship with himself than a Jayvik thing tbh. It definitely has to do with Jayce but more that this is Viktors chance to *be* Jayce. He gets to be the one who is supporting someone that represents who he used to be. These both represent Viktor

I also have a theory that this part is to correct a difference in shoulder height. The more crooked your spine is the more uneven your hip and shoulders get. Interestingly that side is opposite to the side he favours for his cane when using properly which is the same for me

Hey Jayvik fans being looked at for potentially having a condition that one of the treatment options is having a type of spinal fusion (the screws in Viktors spine) and I’d like for you guys to know that the healing time on that kind of surgery is around a year. He was healing for a year.
