I love it when neither the headline and the post promoting the article has the name of the show it’s about. You guys might think that will draw people to click on the link but let me tell you there are at least some of us who won’t ever fall for this type of clickbait and wish you’d do better.

I don’t remember which VHS is was in, but the one where the kids discover a Gorgon in the house next to them than ends with the kid holding the camcorder being turned to stone I thought was pretty clever. Oh, and the militia goons vs vampire one was great.

I liked the one that seemed to have very little or nothing to do with Halloween - the eyeball one. Good creepy atmosphere and use of simple but effective camera effects.

I think it’s a good response and they seem to be taking all of the necessary steps to correct the issue… but I think they need to cut all ties with whoever approved that card and chose the text for it. It’s hard to imagine that there wasn’t deliberate racist intention there.

It’s hard enough to believe that the artwork on that card wasn’t done intentionally (which part of “a strong former slave breaking his chains does the drooling represent?) but then I read the text on the card… no, someone did this on purpose and was fully aware of their bad intentions.

Holy shit the text on the fugitive card look I get sometimes overlooking cultural insensitivity but hell no, guys. Hell no. Someone(s) knew what they were doing here.

My mom and I played a lot of Lost Cities. Otherwise the #1 family game for us at gatherings is hands down Bohnanza.
