I don’t think it applies to the person in this case, as he was a willing participant in planning and executing a violent crime, but holy hell, some of the examples in that segment are terrifying.

Right but two people make a plan to lure someone into a motel and rob them and it goes wrong and one person commits the stabbing…. They are both guilty of the murder.
